Refund & Cancellation Policy

FORTUNE LEAD GEN is a business name used by Thejas B S, an individual proprietor based in India. This policy describes the general approach to cancellations and refunds. The payment and refund terms in a written proposal, invoice or service agreement accepted for a particular project will take precedence where they differ from this general policy, subject to applicable law.

Before work begins

If a client asks to cancel before work begins, any refund will be handled under the accepted proposal or service agreement. Any non-recoverable third-party costs or expenses already approved by the client may be deducted where the agreement and applicable law permit.

After work begins

Fees attributable to work already performed, including research, list preparation, campaign setup, copywriting, campaign management or appointment-setting activity, may not be refundable to the extent stated in the accepted agreement and permitted by applicable law. Approved third-party costs already incurred may also be non-refundable.

Recurring services

For recurring engagements, the notice period, billing cycle, treatment of work in progress and effective cancellation date will be specified in the relevant service agreement. Cancellation of future services does not automatically reverse charges for services already delivered.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email thejas@fortuneleadgen.com with your business name, invoice or proposal reference, and a description of your request. We will review it against the applicable agreement and respond using the contact details provided.
